Shipping & Freight Policy
These Shipping & Freight Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all deliveries and shipments arranged by New Zealand Ceiling & Drywall Supplies Ltd ("NZCDS", "we", "us", or "our").
By placing an order with NZCDS, you agree to these Terms.
1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed during normal business hours, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders will be dispatched once payment has been received and stock availability has been confirmed.
Processing times may vary depending on product availability, branch location, and delivery scheduling.
NZCDS reserves the right to delay dispatch if stock is unavailable or if additional freight arrangements are required.

For most metropolitan deliveries, NZCDS aims to deliver within the next few business days, subject to availability.
